Ron Taylor

Ron has completed 20 years of service with the Kidron Volunteer Fire Department as of June 3rd 2005.

He has completed level 2-240 firefighter training and is a certified Asst. Fire Instructor, is an EMT-B, certified in Ice Rescue and has had Trench Rescue awareness training.

Ron was a Captain with KVFD from 2000 to 2005 and was recently promoted to 1st Asst. Chief. He is a very dedicated member of the Kidron Volunteer Fire Dept.

Ron has been instrumental in the growth of the Wayne County Regional Fire School. For over ten years, Ron has served in every capacity possible including Fire School Committee Chairman. His attention to detail and organization has made the County Fire School run smoothly and efficiently.

Because of his years of dedication, Ron was honored by the Wayne County Fire and Rescue Association when he was named Firefighter / EMT of the Year for 1996.
